I got charged the wrong amount twice, and when I reached out to support, it felt like I was just being ignored. It took way too long for anyone to actually fix it, which made the whole thing really frustrating.

I ordered something from bellandhowell.com and the tracking was easy to follow. It did take a bit before the first scan showed up, which had me wondering for a minute, but after that... it updated normally and everything was fine. My package showed up when it was supposed to, so no real complaints.

"Refund is taking its sweet time"
I ordered from Bell + Howell and ended up sending the item back because it just wasn’t what I thought I was getting. The return itself made it back to them, so I figured the refund would follow at some point, silly me.
Now I’m just checking my bank account over and over like that’s a fun new hobby, and of course, nothing has shown up. Customer service keeps telling me to wait a few more days, which is super helpful if your goal is to say something without actually fixing anything.
I totally understand processing can take a little time, but this is dragging way longer than it should. If getting my money back is going to be this annoying, I’ll probably just avoid ordering from them again

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I was surprised by how easy this was. Customer service got back to me quickly and helped me without making it a whole hassle. That’s kind of rare these days, isn’t it?

"Works, but the camera quality is kinda dissapointing"
I was hoping this camera would be better. It turns on and records just fine, so it’s not broken or anything, but the picture gets blurry unless the lighting is really good. Night shots are basically not usable for me, and using the zoom just makes it worse. The buttons also feel a little slow when you press them. Overall it works, but I wouldnt buy it again.

"Battery lasts longer than I thought it would"
I ordered mine from bellandhowell.com and I’ve been impressed with the battery life. I’ve been using it around the house quite a bit, and even my husband has grabbed it a few times, but it still keeps going. I really expected to be charging it constantly, but that hasn’t been the case. So far, I’m really happy with it.

"Works fine, but I wish it felt sturdier"
It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. But when I picked it up, a few parts felt lighter and more plasticky than I expected. It’s not bad for the price, but I was kind of hoping it would feel more solid and last longer. I’d be a little annoyed if it cracked or wore out quickly, because then it would feel like I wasted the money instead of saving anything.

"I got my Bell + Howell item..."
I got my Bell + Howell item today, i was a little unsure at first because I’m not exactly great at setting things up. But it ended up being simple. The instructions were clear enough, and I think I had it working in about 10 minutes.
Nothing was missing, and there weren’t any weird steps that made me stop and wonder what I was doing. I wasn’t expecting it to go that smoothly, but so far, I’m happy with it

I ordered from Bell and Howell after seeing one of their ads, it was close to what they showed. I know, rare moment where an ad doesn’t completely oversell something into another dimension.
The features were described fairly accurately, and the product did work the way they said it would. It was a little smaller and lighter than it looked online, because apparently photos still have a talent for making things look more impressive than they are, but it wasn’t a huge issue.
Shipping was fine, and the box arrived in decent shape, so no drama there. I’m giving it 4 stars because the ad definitely made it look a bit nicer than it is in person, but to be fair, it wasn’t misleading enough to be mad about.

"Honestly, I expected better"
I ordered this from Bell and Howell because I figured the quality would be a little better, and I don’t think that’s an unreasonable expectation. It worked fine at first, but right away it felt kind of cheap and way too light. After using it a few times, it started acting up, which was frustrating. I’m not saying it’s completely useless, but for what I paid, I really expected something sturdier. I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Stopped working way too fast"
I don’t know why, but I expected this light to last a little longer. It worked fine for about a week, then it started flickering and would barely turn on. The battery doesn’t really hold a charge either. I knew it wasn’t going to be amazing for the price, but this was worse than I expected. Definitely not worth the money.
